Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Sie ist ausreichend gross für 4-5 Personen, die Lage ist perfekt und es gibt einen abschließbaren Schuppen für Farräder. Das einzige Manko ist der Parkplatz für Whg. 5. Dieser liegt in der Mitte von 3 Parkplätzen und wenn der vordere und hintere belegt sind, dann ist der mittlere nicht für ein grösseres Auto nutzbar, so dass man einen öffentlichen Parkplatz (meistens kostenpflichtig) nutzen muss.

Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, komfortabel ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Besonders schön und ruhig ist der überdachte Balkon zum Kurpark. Der zur Wohnung gehörende Parkplatz Nr. 5 ist für größere Autos bei Belegung der Wohnungen mit Parkplatz davor oder dahinter fast nicht einparkbar. Die Parkflächen wurden so knapp kalkuliert, dass sich keine Rangierfläche mehr ergibt. Extrem für den ersten Parkplatz der Reihe, weil sich davor die Müllcontainer befinden. Wir haben den Parkplatz nur einmal während unseres Aufenthaltes verlassen!

Im Sommer eignet sich der tolle, großzügige und zum Kurpark ausgerichtete Balkon hervorragend, um am Abend ein kühles Flens zu genießen und den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Dadurch, dass der Balkon überdacht ist, kann man auch bei leichtem Nieselregen entspannt sitzen bleiben. Gute Lage der Immobilie im Herzen von Grömitz mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Bäckerei Junge liefert morgens warme und leckere Brötchen sowie Teilchen. Tipp für Gäste mit großen Fahrzeugen: Der Parkplatz könnte hier eine Herausforderung darstellen.
