Guests enjoy the entire top floor, featuring a 64 m² living space with a loft-style apartment, custom-designed furniture, and a built-in kitchen. The bedroom includes a double bed, with two additional beds available. For larger groups, the second floor can be booked separately. The villa’s Art Nouveau charm is matched by its surroundings—bike trails, hiking paths, and excursions to Saxon Switzerland, Augustusburg Castle, and the Freiberg Mining Museum are all within reach3.
