The comfortable double bed features soft linens and thoughtful touches to help you enjoy a restful night's sleep.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, whether it's a leisurely breakfast, a quick lunch or a cosy evening meal. Enjoy dining for two at the welcoming breakfast bar, the perfect spot for morning coffee and planning the day ahead.

The contemporary bathroom features a modern walk-in shower, fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

One of our favourite features is the private courtyard. This peaceful outdoor space is ideal for enjoying your morning coffee, a glass of wine in the evening, or simply soaking up some fresh air.

We are dog friendly and welcome well-behaved four-legged guests. Please bring your own dog beds, bowls and any other essentials, as these are not provided. A £30 pet fee applies to help cover the additional cleaning required after your stay.

Although the property is registered on York Road, your private entrance is located on Foxenden Road, offering convenient and easy access throughout your stay.

Parking is available at G Live Car Park, just a 2-minute walk away (paid parking). Guildford High Street, with its wonderful shops, cafés, restaurants and bars, is only a 3 to 5-minute walk from the property.

Whether you're visiting for work, leisure, a special occasion or simply exploring Surrey, this groovy little retreat offers comfort, style and a fantastic central location.

A fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for home cooking, plus a cosy breakfast bar for two where you can enjoy morning coffee, leisurely breakfasts or evening meals together.

Bathroom
A modern shower room with contemporary fittings, fresh towels and mini complimentary toiletries to help you feel right at home.

Private Courtyard
Your own private outdoor space, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee, evening drink or a little fresh air during your stay.

Dog Friendly
Four-legged guests are welcome. Please bring your dog's bed, bowls and comforts from home. A £30 pet cleaning fee applies per stay.

Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties like mine. This means my home is professionally maintained and cleaned. They also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
