This charming 200 m² four-bedroom house is the perfect retreat for families and friends looking to create lasting memories. Spread over two beautifully decorated floors, the home combines comfort, style, and functionality in every detail.

The spacious living room features a plush sofa and a TV, ideal for relaxing with your favourite shows after a day of exploring. Adjacent to it, the elegant dining area includes a large table that comfortably seats up to eight guests, perfect for shared meals and special moments.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, including a stove, oven, and all essential cookware and cutlery. For added convenience, you’ll also find a washing machine and ironing equipment to take care of your laundry during your stay.

Step outside to discover the highlight of the property — a private terrace with a refreshing pool, sun loungers, and a cozy seating area. Whether you’re soaking up the sun or enjoying a quiet evening outdoors, this space offers the ideal setting to unwind.

The sleeping arrangements are designed with comfort in mind: three bedrooms are furnished with double beds, while the fourth features two single beds. All rooms come with hotel-quality linens and ample storage space.

The house also includes four bathrooms, each equipped with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

Private parking for one car is available on the property, making it easy for guests travelling by vehicle.

​The property is situated in the parish of Moledo, within the municipality of Caminha, in Portugal's Viana do Castelo district. This area is renowned for its natural beauty, historical landmarks, and tranquil atmosphere.

Praia de Moledo, one of northern Portugal's most picturesque beaches, is a short distance from the house. Known for its expansive sandy shores and clear waters, it's a favoured spot for sunbathing, surfing, and kitesurfing. The beach is well-equipped with facilities like restaurants, bars, and parking areas, making it a convenient destination for visitors.

Moledo boasts several historical landmarks. The Forte da Ínsua, located on a small island near the coast, is a notable 17th-century fortress that once served as a monastery. Additionally, the area is home to various chapels and crosses, such as the Capela de Santo Isidoro and the Cruzeiro do Ingusto, reflecting the region's rich religious heritage.

The vicinity offers essential amenities, including local shops and eateries. For transportation, the Moledo do Minho train station provides connectivity to other parts of Portugal, facilitating easy travel for residents and tourists alike.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 51-minute drive from the property.

Before your check-in we will send you your pick-up keys and check-in options. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge has a cost of 10€, pending on availability. For the first days we provide the basic requirements : samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, napkins, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
