Tässä yksityisomistuksessa olevassa East Beachin kaupunkikodissa on 2 isäntäsviittiä, joissa parisängyt ja omat parvekkeet, joista on esteetön lahden sivunäköala. Täydellinen keittiö ja pesukone / kuivausrumpu tarjoavat kaikki kodin mukavuudet ja nautit myös tilavista huoneista, joissa kaikissa on oma kylpyhuone. Istu kannella ja juo aamukahvia tai iltapäiväjuomaa. Liota auringossa. Kävele rannalla. Käy lähellä olevissa kaupoissa, ravintoloissa ja nähtävyyksissä. Kun on aika lähteä, haluat varmasti tyhjentää kalenterisi uutta vierailua varten lähitulevaisuudessa. Kuukausittaiset varaukset tässä tupakoimattomassa kiinteistössä ovat saatavilla 31. joulukuuta - 1. maaliskuuta.

Labor Day weekend getaway

The house is pretty but there’s a few things that didn’t work. The WiFi didn’t work which also caused some problems with the Direct Tv. Good thing we brought a deck of cards since it rained. Daughter in law had school work that needed to be done and had to go to the coffee shop to get it done. The sliding glass door to the balcony was hard to open and then only had a chain lock to lock it.

Everything good but the check in.

We checked in with Young's Suncoast Vacations at 10am the day of check and provided our photo id as instructed. We were told that our room would be ready by 4pm and they would send a text when ready. We parked at the property where we were staying and sat on the beach until it was ready. By 4:15 we had not heard anything from Young's about the room being ready. I then called a number that I had and was informed that they could not find out reservation. After about 45 minutes (5pm) they had it figured out and gave us the code for the door. Now NOBODY had been in that property all day to clean, which leads me to believe that the room was ready at 10am. Did I expect to be let in at 10am...absolutely not...but the follow system broke down somewhere. Other than that the property was very nice and very convenient.

Wonderful Stay!

We absolutely loved the property. It was right on the beach, so very convenient. Property was very clean and stocked with the basics to get you started. We loved the views from the balcony. There was construction going on, but we were warned about that. Was a little more congested on the beach than prior places we’ve stayed, but that was due to the proximity of the larger condos and this is no fault of this property. It was really relaxing and we’ll suggest to others and stay again. Loved waking up and seeing the ocean from my bed. Has two kids (9 and 10) and they had a blast! Highly recommend!

Not Satisfied

The pictures made the property and condo look amazing. Upon arrival the condo was very small, rooms are not big at all. Parking was terrible. The condo is not directly on the beach, it’s the 3rd condo back. Very small decks and you can only see a small portion of the beach. For the money spent, the balcony should have been directly on the beach. Construction going on beside and behind this rental and was very loud. We picked up lots of nails outside due to construction. Two flights of stairs to get to the condo. Personally, I will not return to this property.

Gulf Shores mini vacation

We had a great time in Gulf Shores/ Orange Beach area. Our point of view was a wonderful place to stay. It is beautifully decorated, clean, and is equipped with everything you would ever need, even though we didn't eat any meals at the place other than breakfast. I especially loved that there were several balconies for coffee in the am on East balcony and cocktails on the balcony facing west. I loved walking out the door, down the steps and onto the sand in about 20 steps. The location was just perfect for us since it was right next to the state park and the fishing pier. In addition, we went to restaurants mostly in Orange beach or Perdido Key which were like 6- 15 minutes away. I hope that we can come down to the area again and hope to stay at Our Point of View #3. It exceeded our expectations!!!
