This is a deceiving hotel. Decent on the exterior and filthy on the interior. Not sure if this is a franchise or corporate-owned. Ether way you should be ashamed of yourself. They did switch me to another room. However, not much better. Hotels.com should investigate this property.

Terribly disappointed

The front desk ladies were super sweet — check-in was fast and easy — but that’s about where the good part stopped. The room was fine at first glance, but things went downhill quickly once we opened the closet and bathroom doors. The closet had two random hangers that clearly belonged to past guests. It just looked sloppy and unprofessional. The bathroom was the worst part. The shampoo, conditioner, and soap bottles were half empty and used, and there was mold all over the place. We actually went out and bought shower shoes because there was no way we were stepping in there barefoot. The staff was kind, but the cleanliness of the room was a huge letdown. I definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here.

AC took several hours to cool, but did get to desired temp. Our room had parking lot light shining right into the 3rd story window so has to fasten together block-out blinds to stop light from shining in.

To start they had overbooked the king rooms and ending up getting put in a double queen. Had trouble with my door, wouldn't open, had to go down to front desk and have them help get in the 1st time. Then the second time it happened, found out the batteries had died inside the lock on room. Waiting almost an hour for them to get the room open. Was told I'd get a discount for the room that night, didn't received it.

Easy to get to from off interstate! Lots of restaurants close by. Breakfast was typical hotel fare but was ok. Had an issue with tv not working in our room but management was quick to take care of us and move to a different room. Very nice and accommodating staff!!

Front desk staff was less than friendly. Towels in the bathroom were dirty, no wash cloths, when we asked for some we were told the hand towels were their washcloths. No shampoo, but three bottles of conditioner. The sheets were not put on one of the beds right, so had to remake the bed. The indoor pool is not heated, so don't bother. Overall, I'll try the Holiday Inn Express next time.
