Spacious & beautiful home on the green located in Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club. Prime location - close to shopping, restaurant & entertainment with all amenities for you and your family to spend a precious and memorable vacation in Orlando.
This home has a spacious living room, dining room, heated pool & 4 bedrooms with 2 master bedrooms.
* Master bedroom 1: King Bed and full bathroom with Smart TV.
* Master bedroom 2: Queen Bed and full bathroom with Smart TV.
* Bedroom 3: Full size Bed with Smart TV.
* Bedroom 4: Full size bunk bed with trundle (sleeps 5) with Smart TV.

As you enter the front door, the living room has a sofa set and 60" 4K Smart TV with cable, perfect for watching all movies with family and friends.
The kitchen has stainless-steel appliances (dishwasher, stove, microwave and refrigerator) as well as the small appliances you could possibly need.
The dining table has seating for 4 and there is also a breakfast nook table with seating for 4.
Patio with 65" 4K Smart TV, pool furniture, inflatable toys and a BBQ grill (pool heating + grill use are optional services / ad-ons) for you to enjoy.
This property has laundry, central air conditioning throughout, free high-speed internet/WIFI and Cable TV.
The community offers an additional 3 swimming pools, play area for kids, fitness center and walking trails. The backyard faces Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club greens. It is one of the top 10 golf courses in Florida and has a 5-star restaurant onsite.

Nice community, issue with home

Back sliding doors do not lock. They have a security bar in place. When I brought it to the their attention, I was told it’s a safe community. Should be fixed in my opinion. Didn’t feel comfortable. 2nd day was woken by neighbor knocking at door to tell me I had to move my car out of the driveway to accommodate his trees being cut. House was not cleaned properly, master bed had dirty sheets. Owner’s response were excuse and eventually said we can leave if we weren’t happy. Rent in this community a lot, there are better homes than this one.

Great location

We were in town for a soccer tournament. The house was the perfect spot for our stay. There’s a Walmart and a Winn Dixie right by the entrance to the development, a bunch of great restaurants, and an easy drive to Orlando or Auburndale. The pool was really nice to have after sitting in the Fl sun every afternoon!

4 buddies golf trip

This house is in a safe perfect location for your golf trip especially if you plan on playing Southern Dunes GC. It’s one of Florida’s premier public courses! This location is not far from other great courses and Walmart footsteps from the front gate.
