This spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa is perfect for a family vacation or a golf enthusiasts getaway. At the front of the house, the comfortable living room is perfect for relaxation and includes a dining area. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and overlooks the breakfast nook and family room. The family room features cozy sofas, a flat-screen TV, and views of the kids having fun in the pool. The master bedroom, located at the rear of the home, boasts a king-size bed, a large closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a separate bathtub and walk-in shower. There are two additional twin bedrooms each containing two beds, and queen-size bed bedroom, that share bathroom with the twin bedrooms. Step outside to the private pool area, soak in the views of the golf course and where you can relax on the deck or take a swim with no rear neighbours just the beauty of the course. The pool can be heated for an additional cost, ensuring comfort year-round. This villa offers free high-speed internet and includes a washer and dryer for your convenience. Southern Dunes is renowned for its top-rated, 18-hole golf course, rated 4.5 stars and open to the public year-round. The community’s clubhouse restaurant serves delicious lunches daily and hosts a popular Sunday brunch. Conveniently located just off Hwy 27 in Haines City, Southern Dunes is close to a large Walmart Supercenter and a variety of restaurants and takeaways. The new Posner Park shopping area, featuring stores like JC Penney, Target, Best Buy, and more, is just six miles away. Additionally, the villa is around 20 minutes from Disney World parks and is the closest community to the new Legoland Park, a short 25-minute drive south. The villa is equipped with everything you need during your stay. We provide all linens and towels and there will be sufficient toilet rolls and soap for your arrival. Please note: These items are not replenished. You will have access to the whole house apart from a small owners closet which we keep locked. Other things to note ★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★ Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. ★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★ We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them ★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★ Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning. ★ NO VAPING INSIDE ★ Please refrain from using vape products inside the home! Any evidence of vaping will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning. ★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. No stays over 30 days. ★ POOL/SPA CHARGES ★ There is an additional fee of $35/day to heat the pool and spa. Pool heat must be requested 7 days prior to arrival. Once activated, this feature must remain on for the entirety of your stay, it can`t be toggled on and off. There is a minimum charge of 5 days for pool heat, regardless of the number of nights stayed. ★ RESORT AMENITIES ACCESS ★ Pre-registered guests can have full access to the resort and the resort amenities. Please ensure you have a copy of your valid ID and follow all resort rules. ★ RESORT PARKING★ There is a maximum of 2 cars per reservation.
