The house has a large wrap-around covered porch and spacious common areas. Each guest room has satellite high definition TV, DVD player, refrigerator, microwave and coffee-maker. Guests have free access to the lodge's internet and phone. BBQ grills are available. Guests also have access to a private beach on the canal with fire pits and seating.
This suite has a king sized bed and a single bed. It has a large private bathroom with a separate shower and an oversized Jacuzzi tub. Private entrance and spectacular views. There is a table and chairs. The room is decorated with photographs of Alaskan animals and scenery by Austin photographer Les Gage.

The property is in a lovely setting and very close to the ferry terminal which was a bonus. The hosts were helpful, informative and welcoming. Room was exactly as advertised, perfect for two people.
