If you're looking for a perfect place to rest, recharge and relax the Hana-Maui Resort is just the place We decide that we wanted to experience all the The Road to Hana had to offer, so we stayed two nights at the Hana-Maui Resort. From the moment we were greeted, until the moment we left, we felt well cared for. The staff was kind, available and friendly. The Bungalow was better than expected (when does that ever happen?) and the stay over in Hana allowed us to experience almost every stop on the Road to Hana (that we wanted to stop at). You won't be disappointed.

Gorgeous, peaceful bungalow with an ocean view. This is a great way to get away from it all and experience the road to Hana and beyond. We stayed two nights and really enjoyed it. Food options for dinner were several food trucks or a restaurant across the street that we passed on. We tried the Mexican food truck and nearby Huli Huli chicken. That and some provisions we picked up along the way filled us up after hiking and exploring. We would have tried room service but it was not app based and involved calling the restaurant across the street and maybe going to pick up. Instead, we just enjoyed the accommodations and ate banana bread for dessert. The staff were lovely and accommodating. The restaurant for breakfast was pretty good but not amazing. The property, tranquil ocean views and sounds, large bungalow and adjacent adventure are worth staying here to be off the grid in a semi luxurious environment surrounded by nature.

Spiders, spiders and more spiders everywhere in our bathroom. The room has been cleaned but then unused for enough time that there were spiders webs hanging in the shower, across the bathroom ceiling, up the walls in the toilet area and the tub had spiders everywhere. Most alive and actively spinning webs. We walked to the front desk, because the room phone didn’t work, and asked for housekeeping to come clean. We waited 3 hours for housekeeping before we gave up and went to bed.
