The breakfast area. Their was only Apple juice in the machine. No Orange and the Apple juice did not taste good. Thankfully the waffle maker worked. No milk of any kind to drink. No cold water either. The coffee was not good and they only had powdered creamer. Which is not good tasting. They had some yogurt machine. The warm food I did not check but saw a woman throw hers away and say she was not eating "that food". Also, The shower.. The drain was up and the water pooled up to above my ankles while taking a shower. That's pretty gross. The staff was great outside of that. But they need to fix up if they're advertising free breakfast.

Floor was a little sticky near refrigerator & microwave. I moved the chair to get a better view of the TV and there was cat food under where the chair was. There was not a blow dryer in the room even though it was listed as an amenity. The spa tub was closed. The room itself was clean, towels were clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good.

The hotel was alright, it smelled a bit of smoke in our room. I was pretty disappointed that when our toilet had issues flushing I was given a plunger and asked to fix it myself. Would have preferred a different room or maybe some money back for the inconvenience.

We were happy with the staff but did have some issues…..phone didn’t work, needed repair…our remote didn’t have a remote control for the TV ( they quickly ) brought us one……we asked for a 0600 hrs wake up But the the phone rang at 0500 hrs and then again a few minutes later😩

Not a pleasant stay

Bathtub was clogged and slippery and it was no soap holder. We had a handicap room and the toilet was loose and moves every time you sit on it. The people next door didn't stop making noise and kid crying and running around. You can hear everything. No privacy, the mini refrigerator was on the bare floor and it froze all my water and milk didn't have a button to control temperature, the blackout curtains had holes on them. I don't like those doors that connects to the other room. Room needs some improvements. Breakfast was not great not much To choose from I won't be returning to this hotel in the future.
