The door handles did not operate properly. We had to switch rooms because we could not get our door to shut after fighting to get it open to begin with. We were told the owner was aware but just hasnt taken the time to fix them. Second room worked a bit better but not the best. We had to get our card key reset each day because it would no longer work.Our tub did not drain. Nothing like standing in everyone's dirty water to shower. The continental breakfast was a choice of cheap nasty packaged danishes or waffles. It was located in a lobby which was not very clean.

The room was not fit for rental absolutely disgusting. There was discharge in the toilet, Holes in the black out screen that let in light everywhere. The comforter was warn thin and stained. As were the under sheets and pillow cases. They graciously gave me clean ones but alas they were just as stained and thin. We drove to the Walmart in Cleaveland ga and bought sheet sets and a new comfortor and camping chairs as the chair inside looked as if someone brought it in from an alley. Service was great. Place abhorrent.

The hotel staff was very helpful when we needed assistance. That was about the only good thing about this day. The hotel is not very well maintained, there were several items broken in the bathroom and the bathtub had several chips in the porcelain. It was also very difficult to get in and out of the room because of the door not operating properly. The refrigerator/freezer was frozen and we were not able to use the freezer. The air condition did not maintain a comfortable setting.

Rooms were clean enough. We've stayed here before but never got the 1st floor. Our rooms were very noisy from the 2nd floor. Requested a room change. Cops were called for a domestic disturbance.

The staff was amazing. Very welcoming. The room, unfortunately, was dirty. The bathroom tub was moldy and very low water pressure. They was a zippered matress cover, which was nice. Perfect location!!

Heater was working great. Room was clean and in good condition. Bathroom was clean and lots of towels. Check in and out were easy and quick and staff was friendly. Close to attractions and Festhalle, great spot. Lots of parking space. Awesome TV and a ton of services and channels. Would recommend and will stay again!

I am basing my feedback on value and location. I did not eat breakfast at the hotel the breakfast area only had a few tables but it was available. My room had not been updated and was not as nice as the 2 rooms which I stayed in twice last year but the location was great. There are several newer hotels in close proximity for those who need new.

Do not believe any positive reviews. Simply put, this place is disgusting. Not just dirty. Not just rundown. Not just outdated. I would perfectly be fine with any of that. I don't need white glove service or top tier amenities. But this place is putrid. And it is grossly misrepresented here on hotels.com. I stayed exactly 15 minutes before packing up and leaving. And I've been fighting with this website ever since for a refund. For starters, the hotel looks completely abandoned. So much so that you'll think you're in the wrong place. My non-smoking room reeked of cigarettes. Not a faint tobacco smell. People were absolutely smoking in there. Probably for years. None of the lights worked. The door frame and molding were pulled away from the wall. Everything was filthy and the sheets were covered in brown stains. Read that again....the sheets were covered in brown stains. Check other more reliable sources (Google reviews) for a more accurate representation. The reviews here are not just phony, they are ridiculous. Do not stay at this motel.
