Welcome to our new, fully equipped 45m² apartment designed for comfort, convenience and a relaxed stay.

The living area is bright and spacious, featuring a comfortable sofa bed sized 149 × 200 cm that sleeps two guests. This is a great choice for families or groups of friends.

The bedroom has a peaceful atmosphere with a large 180 cm wide bed and soft linens that guarantee a restful night of sleep.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes everything you need for cooking and dining at home.

The large bathroom includes a washing machine and drying rack which is especially practical for longer stays.

Guests have free access to the well equipped gym in the neighboring building on opening hours from 7:00 to 22:00.
Tripla offers restaurants, cafes, grocery stores and entertainment options all just outside your door.

Arriving by car is easy with a paid parking garage that includes electric vehicle charging and elevator access.

Guests have full access to the entire apartment during their stay.
Make yourself at home, everything you see is for your use.

You will also have free access to the residents’ gym located in the neighboring building. Opening hours are 7:00–22:00.

If you are arriving by car, a paid parking garage with EV charging and elevator access is available for guests.

No shared spaces inside the apartment and no areas are off limits.

A €300 fee + additional cleaning charges will apply for violations.

Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00.

• No parties or events.

• Only registered guests may stay in the apartment.
