Comfortable and cozy furnished apartment, just 100 meters from the beach promenade in the seaside resort of Ahlbeck. Quiet, yet centrally located, halfway between Entferung the piers of Ahlbeck and Heringsdorf. A minute's walk to the beach (about 100 m) and about 5 minutes to the Baltic Sea Baths (200 m). The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes walk to the town center Ahlbeck for 10 minutes to Heringsdorf 15 minutes. Nearby there are several cozy restaurants and cafes. The residential complex are also a children's playroom, Münztrockner and laundromat. A free parking is located on the property. Bicycle storage is possible in a lockable Community bicycle shed.-Brötchenservice (on request) for a fee on the spot- NEW !!On the beach, a beach chair is provided free of charge.---- A new house will be built on the neighboring property, so that it may sometimes come to light construction noise .----
