Sun, beach and pine trees - exceptionally beautiful play of light and shadow in front of our beach pearl on the Bansiner Promenade The Villa beach Pearl, completed in 2002, is an exclusive right in Fig.1. Row on the beach promenade in the seaside resort Bansin. The beautiful and tastefully furnished apartments are equipped with all amenities. Almost all apartments have sea views. In the house there is a lift and a bicycle garaging. The underground garage or Outdoor parking are included. A washing machine and a dryer in the house are available for a fee.

VS 13:
This modern and lovingly furnished apartment in the 4th Floor offers a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea. The living room has a comfortable fold-away bed is with spring mattress for the third and fourth person. The bedroom is equipped with an additional TV. A CD player is also available.   Free Wi-Fi is available during your stay. So you are always up to date or share your holiday pictures with your loved ones at home. Since we are partners of the Baltic Sea spa, the golf hotel Balmer See and the Baltic Hills Golf Resort, you will receive a 30% discount on the green fee in the golf clubs and until 31. August 2019 a 50% discount on the regular entrance fees for each visit to the spa in the seaside resort of Ahlbeck. From September 2019 you will receive the 50% discount in the Ostsee-Therme with presentation of the spa card of the Kaiserbäder (KaiserbäderCard).

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 17:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
