The home comfortably sleeps 5 to 6 overnight guests across a thoughtful, single-story layout:
• Primary Bedroom: Luxurious King bed with premium linens, featuring beautiful French doors that open directly into the massive screened lanai. For a restful and wellness-focused sleep, the bedside table features a protective Shungite slab designed to block EMFs while your phone charges overnight.
• Second Bedroom: Comfortable Queen bed perfect for couples or family.
• Private Office: Features a cozy convertible futon (sleeps 1-2) for flexible sleeping arrangements.
• Bathrooms: 2 full, modern bathrooms stocked with a convenient shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispenser.
Gourmet Kitchen & Living
Enjoy cooking your meals on a premium gas stove featuring a convenient over-stove pot filler. This kitchen is intentionally curated for health-conscious living and does not feature a microwave.
Fully Stocked Culinary & Pantry Inventory:
• Appliances: Ninja coffee/cappuccino/iced coffee maker, French press, electric teapot, InstaPot, electric frying pan, hand mixer, 4-slice toaster, automatic can opener, and blender.
• Cookware: Non-toxic Carote pots and pans, bamboo spatulas and utensils, cookie sheets, muffin tins, and mixing bowls.
• Serveware: Complete set of dishes, cutlery, knives,glasses, mugs, and essential spices and condiments.
• Essentials Provided: mustard ketchup mayonnaise in squeeze bottles, Saran Wrap, aluminum foil, parchment paper, laundry pods, dishwasher soap/pods, toilet paper, and paper towels.
