Since when do hotels think they can act like airlines and steal your money when an honest booking mistake was made? I wanted to move my res up one day, failing that add one day to my reservation. Impossible! So enjoy my money, I thoroughly enjoyed the Hyatt Regency in the end. Shame on you!

Hotel was very nice and clean. Staff was very helpful. Bed was comfortable. The airport shuttle is super convenient and was quick to pick us up each time. There is a pretty well equipped gym.
