We were thankful for their early check-in option as we landed in a red-eye flight. My only complaints are 1) the lack of air ventilation in the bathroom but since the weather was very dry it all balanced out; and 2) the slow flow of the water tap. The hotel description says they have baby crib but actually there’s only pack-and-play. We were able to make it with our 4-month-old since we only stayed for one night.

The hotel room was very comfortable, cozy, and clean. The lounging and work space was ideal. The rotating tv allowed for optimal viewing while lying in bed and while sitting at desk. The staff was amazing.

We arrived at midnight and were told the airport shuttle ran 24/7, but it did not show after waiting a long time. Trying to reach an actual person at our hotel to ask about the shuttle was impossible. No local phone # is provided on the web, and all you get is an automated line that did not answer our questions correctly. It provided a hotel # for Dallas 1st, then one for DC Capital Hill. We were trying to reach the Dulles Regency. We ended up taking a taxi. The front desk was very nice offering a high room and compt a late check out of 3pm. Being it was a Sunday it was very quiet and not much option for food.

The room was colder than I wanted it to be. I tried to adjust the A/C but was unsuccessful. Also, the people in the room next to me on my left-side were loud talking. I mentioned this to the front desk employee. I also asked for a copy of my bill from front desk and was not given it to me.
