11 Maalattu Bunting on seuraava loma-unelma! Tämä kuusi makuuhuonetta, seitsemän ja puoli kylpyhuone koti on uskomattoman tilava ja tarjoaa kaikki etuisuuksia loma-asunnon kotiin! Se sijaitsee 2. rivillä meren rannalla Sea Pinesissa - vain muutaman askeleen päässä Hilton Head Islandin kauniista rannoista!

Avoimen kodin käsitteen on taattu luovan muistoja, jotka kestävät eliniän miehistön kanssa!

Odota, kunnes tutustut kerrostettuun tiili-allasalueeseen! On iltapäivän aterian nauttimiseksi runsaasti istuimia ja pöytä. Oma uima-allas ja kylpylä tarjoavat ilmaisen lämmön kausiluonteisesti. Niin kauan kuin lämpötila ei laske alle 55 astetta, olet valmis nauttimaan ilmaisesta uima-altaasta ja kylpyläkuumesta maaliskuusta toukokuuhun ja syyskuuhun (täytyy soittaa toimistoon ennen loman vahvistamista ja aikataulua). Uima-altaalla on useita aurinkotuoleja. Tämä koti on myös varustettu langattomalla internetyhteydellä.

1. kerros:

Kun kävelet kotona, näet oleskelutilan, jossa on runsaasti istuimia ja taulutelevisio. Vain se on avoin keittiö, jossa on monia päivityksiä, kuten saari, kaksinkertainen jääkaappi, kaksinkertainen uuni, kaksinkertainen astianpesukone ja ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet! Muodollinen ruokailutila on aivan keittiön vieressä, ja sen takana on sunroom. Sunroomista on näkymät uima-allasalueelle, joten jos etsit aurinkoa, napata cocktaili ja rentoutua sunroomissa. Jauhehuone ja pesutupa sijaitsevat myös oleskelutilan ulkopuolella.

Makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode, vaatehuone ja taulutelevisio. Suuressa kylpyhuoneessa on hänen turhuus, suihkukaappi ja erillinen kylpyamme.

Toinen makuuhuone on aivan salin toisella puolella ja siinä on queen-huone, jossa on taulutelevisio. Hotellissa on oma kylpyhuone suihkulla.

Mid-taso:

Ensimmäisen ja toisen kerroksen välissä on hauska alue! Yksityinen huone, jossa on biljardipöytä loputtomiin tunteihin, märkäbaari, korttipöytä ja taulutelevisio. Lisäksi huoneessa on vuodesohva sekä oma kylpyhuone suihkukaapilla.

2. taso:

Loput neljä makuuhuonetta ovat kodin toisella tasolla. Makuuhuone kolme on tilava makuuhuone, jossa on queen-vuode ja taulutelevisio. Siinä on myös oma kylpyhuone suihkulla ja erillisellä kylpyammeella. Makuuhuone neljä on myös queen-vuode ja taulutelevisio pääsy yksityinen kylpyhuone, jossa on suihkukaappi. Makuuhuoneissa viisi ja kuusi ovat molemmissa kaksi erillistä vuodetta ja taulutelevisio. Molemmilla on myös oma kylpyhuone. Muita makuutiloja varten on parivuode, jossa on kaksi erillistä sänkyä, jotka ovat toisella tasolla parvi-alueella.

• Pool Info: Noin 38 jalkaa 11 jalkaa. Allas ja kylpylä voidaan lämmittää vain kausiluonteisesti. Kumpikaan ei lämmitä, jos lämpötilat laskevat alle 55 asteen missä tahansa loman aikana. On kutsuttava Coastal Home ja Villa vähintään kaksi viikkoa ennen saapumistasi järjestämään uima-allas ja spa-lämpö.

Great home that gave 9 adults and 6 kids plenty of space. Kitchen was wonderful. Had all the dishes, utensils, cooking ware you could ever need. Although we brought our own beach and pool toys we didn't need to. Plenty to pick from in the garage. Best vacation - mornings at the beach, afternoons at the pool and family dinners. A great house!!

It was clean and everything was in perfect working order. We had some trouble with the pool/spa heat at one point and the response was rapid and the problem was resolved quickly. Perfect path to the beach and wonderful indoor and outdoor spaces. We all had an amazing time making memories in this wonderful home! Can't wait to come back.

Do not book this old , tired dirty house

Looks are deceiving! This house looks great from the pictures but is old now more 80’s style. The house was so dirty upon arrival we had to get housekeeping to deep clean the bathrooms. Black mold in the showers, filthy rugs and it smelled like the house had been closed up for years. Musty!!!! Lacked proper kitchen amenities including decent wine glasses. All of the contents were cheap, old and dirty. The kitchen cabinet door fell off!!!! Overall a huge disappointment for the amount of money spent and advertised expectations! The beds, advertised as queens were full at best! Tough for two adults. No music system and TV’s were not “smart” not one! We learned the house had a “ sale pending” which would explain the lack of upkeep! Should not have been available to rent!!!!! 2020! What a year!!!

Last Minute Spring Break - Great find.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked this house for a last minute spring break trip when we had to cancel our previously scheduled trip. Overall, the house had a lot of great advantages: 1) plenty big enough for 2 families, with our group being 4 adults and 3 kids. (note: it could easily fit 3 families.); 2) Heated pool & hot tub, which was a must in March; 3) Fantastic location in Sea Pines community and within probably 50 yards from a great and less populated beach; 4) Basketball hoop in the driveway (another thing to get kids off the devices!Only critiques would be: 1) WIFI - it was very slow. The 4 adults had work to do during the mornings especially, and between adults & kids on devices, it was very slow. A couple of us connected to personal hotspots on our phones. This may not be an issue for a 'normal' vacation when no work is required; 2) A few things could use some updating, like deck/pool chairs. Again, not a major issue. Just an opportunity. It wouldn't prevent me from recommending it based on the rest of the features - i.e. space, location, etc.Just to add...Coastal Home & Villa were amazing to deal with!! So much better than any other property agency i contacted when looking for a rental. They were super responsive when trying to book last minute and also when we had an issue of needing the pool cleaned. (We arrived in the evening and there was a guy there the next morning.) Thanks to the Coastal team!!

Reviewer Comments: We had a great week.This house works out great for our big family.We love the two fridges, two sinks, two dishwashers---that all helps with a large group.I would recommend providing several more kitchen dish towels as well as some blankets and extra pillows for the bedrooms.We did have a problem with the trash not being picked up on either day it was supposed to, but the management company was quick to send someone over to quickly pick it up. We greatly appreciated that.Looking forward to next year!!

Short walk to the beach, the pool was perfect. Kitchen was well equipped. Short bike ride to South Beach. We will be back.

Great family vacation home

Lots of space, new kitchen and baths, a bonus “pool table room” where some of the kids could decompress after a long day. The pool, spa and location are all great assets. It’s also quiet but close to south beach area.

The house met our needs very well and the rental company was quick to respond to our inquiries prior to our stay. The pool heat was a plus since we visited in October.

Perfect House, Perfect Location, Perfect Vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was large enough to accommodate our extended family of 17 (babies to adults) for a summer week at the beach. All 6 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms were updated. Property description and bedroom configurations were accurate. The pool and outdoor space was amazing with plenty of seating options. We loved the double refrigerators and dishwashers - a must with such a large family! The kitchen was equipped with necessary cooking items. A short walk to beach access was a huge plus (~3 minutes). The house is within walking distance to South Beach shops and restaurants and sits on a quiet dead end street. Outdoor shower and hose were a great amenity after a sandy beach day. The garage access was perfect for storing our beach gear. The house had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation! Would recommend!

Fantastic home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was absolutely perfect for our large family. The location is great and the house is beautiful with 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers! The reason for the 4 star reviews is that the basketball hoop was very rusted and it fell apart the first day. Our 8 teenage boys were disappointed as it was not replaced during our stay. Management did respond quickly to the issue however as well as to another plumbing problem. 2 quick points—could use more kitchen dish towels and the only reason we won’t be renting again is that the rental fee went up $4,000 for next year. Although we LOVE Hilton Head (we’ve visited over 20 times) we’re sticking closer to home in Michigan for 2023–much shorter drive and more reasonable rents.
