All the staff were exceptional and friendly, but I want to specifically mention Yen. She was awesome and made lots of great recommendations for local food! Only reason I am giving a rating of 4 is because the shower wasn't the most pleasant to look at, with (what looked like) some mold on the floors/corners. Other than that, the room was clean and upkept daily. Thank you Akoya!

I couldn’t recommend this hotel more. It’s in a great location, the rooms had everything we needed and the staff were exceptional. As soon as we arrived the staff supported us with any questions and recommended local restaurants that were vegetarian friendly. We were even offered a breakfast grab bag to take to our early morning flight. The lady on the front desk ( I wished we had asked her name) was amazing .

Nice stay

Great location, close to Independence Palace and Ben Thanh Market. Breakfast was good. Staff were very nice. Incredibly grateful for them setting up a ride from the airport and being able to check in early after traveling for about 29 hours. Would recommend.

The location of this hotel is fantastic if you want to be in the heart of the city and within walking distance to the main pounts of interest. We had a small issue with the first room we were given which the staff dealt with and moved us to a different room when one was available the following day. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. It is a 3 star hotel so isnt fancy but you can't fault the location. All the staff were helpful but Yen was excellent. She gave us some useful information and recommendations for restaurants which we did try and were very happy with.
