The hotel was in a great location with lots of places for eating and shopping nearby, including a large market pavilion. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The lady behind the bar welcomed guests with a smile and provided excellent service. I would happily return to this hotel.

First of all, I check in at 11 pm, I did not see the sign that the hotel was on going renovation. They starts construction work everyday at 9am to 11 am and 1 pm to 5 pm. I was jet lag I could not sleep the whole week I was there. I booked with the Expedia app, they can not do anything accommodate me. I can not cancel with Expedia either. The door was hard to open and at my very last day I scan 5 times it still not open and the staff gave me the actual key. The fridge got leak, the restroom got water leak too but I was too tired to complain. The location was great that the only good thing. Also the staff was nice but all they said was sorry.

First, I had to change my reservations because we were arriving just after midnight and the hotel could not confirm I can check in at that hour. When we did check in the following day we arrived, our room was very dated. The wood table was all marked up, the bathroom curtain was ancient looking and the bathroom was much to be desired. The chalking around the sink and mirror was all old and moldy and the faucet in the shower was older than me. There was also renovations going on so it was hard for us to nap in the afternoon with jack hammers going on. It was in a great location

Service of the staffs were excellent. Breakfast was good with various Vietnamese food options. Walkable to all close by attractions & dining options. The only downside was hotel under renovation. One night after heavy rain fall, our room were flooded with water, luckily only a few of our stuff got wet. But they got us another room right away. I think is the renovation failure. For my opinion is hotel needs to be renovated to update their standards. But the staffs service was greatly appreciated

Wonderful staff, very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was very good. Room was nice and clean with everything you could need. Great location surrounded b everything you could need. Just fair warning for light sleepers, the walls are very thin so you can hear everything the other guests and staff are doing at all hours.
