The hotel and staff were fine for the most part. And the room was clean. There was a lot of sidewalk construction in the area making it a bit dangerous to walk. Expedia is misleading though, this was not a four star hotel. It’s three at best.

My fourth or fifth time staying at this property. Feels like they refurnished a little coz the room was brighter than what I remembered, and also not musky at all. Always love staying here coz of the proximity to Ben Thanh market, and that it is walkable to a lot of food options around.

A nice place to stay in Ho Chi Minh - nice location near the market. Very friendly & helpful staff, good breakfast buffet & nice pool. Rooms are a bit small with not a lot of space to put or hang things but very clean

I had booked 2 nights and wanted to extend it. They said yes, and quoted me a price. I could not pay it at reception, I had to pay in through a link. I sent 2 email and they never sent me the link. I went to the reception 3 times, and finally at the third time they told me they would do it, since they had not answered me. BUT, at a higher price! When I argued, the man at the front desk talked to the manager, and called me to my room and said they would honor the price they had told me. When the morning of the third night came, and I went to pay, they said no, it was almost double what they had quoted me. REALLY unpleasant, having to change hotels in the last minute, and them not honoring the price they had quoted me, and all the inconveniences of the emails and talks.

Good location near bars and restaurants and an easy wall to Ben Nghe Food Market, War Remnants Museum and Independence Palace. Good service and breakfast. Decent roof top pool anad small gym and good value for money.

Great location

We stayed in 7 hotels across Vietnam and this was the best one! Nothing we'd change, the check in was quick, room was large and clean, location spot on. Really good value for money.
