Shopping/eateries were all within walking distance (20 minutes and under). Hustle & bustle vibe. Hotel needs major renovation work (from rooms to common areas). Bathroom drainage was clogged. Damp smell throughout hotel due to humidity and lack of proper ventilation and air conditioning in common halls. The only redeeming aspects of this hotel were the friendly and responsive staff (English speaking) and the location of the hotel. We were out and about almost the whole day so staying inside the hotel was minimal but for those who want a more "cleaner" feel of their lodging, this would not be the place for you. Breakfast selection were good and offered a variety. For under $100 a night, you get what you pay for in HCM...spend above $100 and you'll get the 4star feeling...spend $200/nite to get the 5star. Thanks for the pleasant stay.

There was construction, the total the race until I switch the rooms. The air conditioning kept leaking, had to switch another room. But overall, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the buffet was out of this world.

We stayed here for the reason of attending to the party at this hotel. We like good breakfast here and staffs at their friendliness so we decided to stay for the rest of our trip. We would like to come back and would recommend to friends and families. Love my Oscar Delux room.

The staffs are pretty nice, very helpful to my mom who partially weak on one of her knees. They male staffs by the door help welcome us back to the hotel every time. They even offered to help carry heavy stufs to our room when we bought big stuffs The room are nice and clean. But compared to the last time I stayed here the room seem more outdated, would need upgrades for example there is no outlet charge phones and other devices near the beds. I have to use the outlets in the bathroom to charge my phone.

Facility outdated. The sheets were old need to be replaced. Aside from that I did not have a good experience with the staff. We sat in front of the hotel since the tables were empty. One female staff from the restaurant came and asked if we were staying there we said yes and then two minutes later another one came with the menu. Because we had left over drinks from our walk we did not order. They said we have to sit inside. Yet I saw people sitting that didn't order but no one asked them anything. This is poor customer service, I can understand if the tables were full and we didn't order but this case they were empty, it was unwelcoming. Never staying there or recommending this place.
