As soon as you cross the bridge onto Anna Maria Island you will have arrived at this sparkling well-maintained condo. Located in the Cove at Sandy Pointe, it features two large bedrooms and two full baths. This condo is in the heart of Holmes Beach, very close to the beach and just steps away from the free island trolley.

The screened-in lanai overlooking the pool and natural mangrove preserve is an amazing setting for morning coffee or evening cocktails. This condo also features a spacious living area with plenty of room to stretch out. Indoor or outdoor dining table for 4 as well as a cute breakfast bar. Enjoy Cable TV in the living room as well as both bedrooms.

You will enjoy retreating to the king master bedroom with ensuite bath. The master bathroom features a tile walk-in shower and is complete with hair dryer and magnifying makeup mirror. The guest room offers both a double and twin bed so there is plenty of space for the whole family! The guest bedroom also has an ensuite Jack and Jill full bathroom which shares access with the hall.

The community has a large heated pool for guests only. The covered parking space has room for two cars and there is additional parking for guests. PLEASE NOTE: The Sandy Pointe condo complex does not allow charging of electric vehicles including Telsas, Golf Carts, etc. If you wish to rent a golf cart it must be gas powered.

Beach chairs and an umbrella are available as well as beach and pool towels. This condo participates in our professional linen program so you can rest well in luxury.

PLEASE NOTE: The Sandy Pointe condo complex does not allow charging of electric vehicles including Teslas, Golf Carts, etc. If you wish to rent a golf cart it must be gas powered.

Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay. Our cleaning fee includes a professional linen service. When you stay with us you can rest assured that you will have high quality linens such as those at a fine hotel. We also provide plenty of bath and beach towels.
