Sands of Time on uusi ylellinen saari trooppinen koti, jossa on 6 makuuhuonetta, 4. 5 kylpyhuonetta ja on vain lyhyen 2-3 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Persianlahden rannalta. Tämä koti on varustettu nukkumaan 12 henkilöä yhteensä ja on 6 makuuhuonetta. Lämmitetyssä uima-altaassa on ylellinen spa ja uima-altaan vieressä oleva ylimitoitettu lanai, jossa on ruokapöytä, taulutelevisio ja pingispöytä. Myös upea vesiliukumäki uima-altaaseen! Sekä lapset että aikuiset ovat taivaassa! Sinulla on myös 2 rantavaunua, jotkut rantatuolit ja lelut lapsille sekä rintapakastin lisätuotteiden varastointiin. Koti on kaikki mukavuudet, kuten hienot laatat, mukautetut kalusteet ja kaapit, hieno liinavaatteet ja puulattiat. Täysin varustetussa keittiössä on kaunis saari, jossa on istuimet kolmelle, ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet, ja rannalla varustetut valkoiset kaapit, joissa on koristeellinen meritähti. Ruokapöytä on kaikki puuta, jossa on Tommy Bahaman tyylisiä korituoleja ja jossa on istumapaikat 8 hengelle. Varmista, että tuodat suosikkielokuvasi mukaan iltaisin perheen kanssa olohuoneen suuressa HD-televisiossa, jossa on myös DVD-soitin. Makuuhuoneet
Sands of Timeissa on yhteensä 6 makuuhuonetta, joissa kaikissa on taulu-HD-televisiot. Ensimmäisellä tasolla on kaksi Master-sviittiä. Ensimmäisessä makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode, oma kylpyhuone ja oma parveke, jossa on kaksi tuolia, joista on näkymät Holmes-bulevardille. Toinen makuuhuone on myös kuningas, jossa on oma kylpyhuone. Ylimmässä kerroksessa on muut 4 makuuhuonetta. Kolmas makuuhuone on lapsen huone, jossa on kaksi vuodepaikkaa. Neljäs makuuhuone on Master King -huone, jossa on oma parveke, josta on näkymät uima-altaalle. Viidennessä makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode ja oma parveke, ja kuudennessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta. * Käytettävissä ei ole vuodesohvaa.

Kylpyhuoneissa
Yhteensä on 4 5 kylpyhuonetta. Suurimmalla asuinalueella aivan keittiön ja ruokailutilan ulkopuolella on puolet kylpyamme. Löydät myös pesuhuoneen juuri tämän kylpyhuoneen liukuoven takana. Toinen kylpyhuone on Master-kylpyhuone, jossa on suihku. Kolmas kylpyhuone on myös Master-kylpyhuone, jossa on suihkukaappi, mutta jossa on hänen ja hänen pesuallas. Ylimmässä kerroksessa on jäljellä olevat kylpyhuoneet. Kaikissa 3 makuuhuoneessa on yhteinen kylpyhuone, jossa on kylpyamme ja suihku. Viimeinen kylpyhuone on Master-kylpyhuone, jossa on suihku.

Ota hälytys ja huolehdi pakkaus oman lakanat ja rantapyyhkeet tietäen, että kun tulet unelmiesi loma-asunnon, on korkealaatuisia ja kaupallisesti puhdistettu ylelliset vuodevaatteet, kylpypyyhkeet, pestä vaatteita ja rantapyyhkeet valmiina loman. Poistakaa arvoituspeli, vapauta matkatavaroiden tilaa ja hengitä helposti tietäen, että kaikki on jo hoidettu puolestasi. Tämä sama filosofia ulottuu jopa lähtöäsi - ei mitään pestä, kuivaa, taitettua tai typerää yrittämällä puristaa jo tiukasti pakattuun matkalaukkuun! Upea "täytyy olla viihtyisä" AMI: n lomaelämykseen.
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Brandenton Beach. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkaille esimerkiksi porealtaan ja pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja yksityisen uima-altaan.

Nice house in close to beach location with great pool

The house was a great accommodation but pool was a huge hit with kids. Well heated during cooler than usual week making it a magnet for kids. Close proximity to beach a real plus.

We loved this house. Great location, well maintained and had everything we needed. Unfortunately, our stay was cut short due to Hurricane Helene. We would definitely consider renting this house in the future.

Wonderful time!!

We had an absolute great time!! House was clean and comfortable! We rode out a tropical storm and felt very safe, we could barely tell there was a storm going on outside! House is very well built. The pool and game were perfect!

Great place

Had our kids and grand kids join us for spring break. The house was wonderful for a big group. Good walking distance to the beach. Lots of beach towels. Extra fridge in garage was very helpful. Be sure to bring your own supplies… detergents, garbage bags spices etc. there is nothing stocked there. Very clean and great place to stay

Sands of Time Did Not Disappoint

Property exceeded our expectations. Very clean, furnishings were comfortable and location was good. Only issue was that the pool lights did not work and the hot tub jets worked now and then. Beach House was contacted but no one showed up to look at the problem.

Beautifully designed home that needs some attention

We eagerly anticipated our family of 12 enjoying AMI after our week in Captiva was cancelled due to Ian. The pool was in bad shape and pool service spent just 5-10 min on Tuesday but promised to do a thorough job later. Friday Morning the Pool was so murky, I called rental agent who said they would be there for sure later that day. At 9pm our 6 grandchildren were still waiting!! Also filter on refrigerator water dispenser needs changed. We were unable to access cold filtered water from refrigerator. The pots and pans (very low end teflon) were scratched and most unusable. Also there was no dish soap (most homes a small bottle, and only 5 spoons for a home sleeping 12-14. Only a small 1/2 roll of toilet paper in each bath, no dishwasher detergent, and the garbage cans had not been taken to curbside by the previous renters and the smell so close to the pool area was putrid. For $11, 000 we expected so much more. We will not be returning to AMI again.

Wonderful place

The house was perfect for our family of 12, 8 adults 4 children. Very clean and lots of space. The pool and slide were great. All the beach gear was very helpful. A 1.5 block walk to the beach. It was perfect!! We had a small issue with the shower draining in one bathroom. I called the rental office and it was fixed promptly while we were at the beach, they were very accommodating.

Love the house - could use some TLC

We stayed with 12 guests and it’s the perfect location - close to the beach and downtown! The kids loved the pool but we did need to call to get it shocked and cleaned as it was cloudy when we got there. The property could also use a deep clean - floors were not clean and the windows/doors were dirty. We also noticed the mattresses weren’t the best and couldn’t use the grill because of an unknown substance in it… If the property manager addresses my concerns- it would be the perfect property and we would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

Our group of 12 had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful and easily accommodated all of us The beach is fantastic. The upstairs bedrooms are too warm and the downstairs are too cold We frequently ran out of hot water with some cold showers. The freezer worked great but the fridge is too warm. The pool was dirty and the pool heater did not work until it was serviced. The washer and dryer were awesome All in all it was good but some issues that need attention

Amazing vacation house!

Renting this house was an excellent experience! My children and grandchildren, friend, and I stayed a week and loved it! Location is excellent- only a short block to the beach. The pool area was private and exceptional with a pool slide, a bathroom, a bar, an outdoor shower, ample furniture, etc. We enjoyed BBQing and eating by the pool. Lots of beach chairs, wagons, a rolling cooler and toys available to use. 5 bikes available- we loved early morning bike rides! Inside was clean, with a fully stocked kitchen including spices, extra beach towels and comfortable beds. Zoned HVAC added to the comfort. Only issue was a broken ignitor on the BBQ pit and it was fixed the same day a request was made. Would definitely recommend!!

Location location

We are such huge fans of the north side of Anna Maria Island and this spot hits perfectly on that. The rooms were nicely sized and very clean. Upstairs master is a little warm but that is being really picky. Screendoors would be an amazing upgrade to the sliding glassdoors (more of a suggestion than a complaint). We would 100% stay again and we are already discussing staying the same week in 2022.

We had a great time-we were so glad to have the pool. The property manager was prompt to answer questions. Our check in got delayed a bit because the cleaners were still working but that is the only complaint!

Everything was perfect except the beds

We absolutely loved the house, especially the outdoor living space! My only word of advice would be, fix the beds. They were ungodly loud. Every time you roll over, it would wake up the entire house. We had our 18 month old sleeping in his pac n play in our room & he woke up everytime we moved. Needless to say, sleeping was less than enjoyable but other than that everything was perfect!

Great beach house

We stayed here for 3 weeks. The house was great for our party of 4 . We loved the 4 king suites and the other 2 bedrooms have twin beds. Another great thing about this house is the backyard. The pool was nice and the kids enjoyed the slide. The area around the pool was great. It was nice that when we wanted to cookout, we had everything we needed including a small refrigerator. Saved lots of steps! This house has a lot of steps so just be aware if you are traveling with someone who has trouble with stairs. The upstairs got pretty warm in the afternoon but really no different than anywhere else we have stayed in AMI. The rental agents were very nice to work with. Would definitely use them again

Great Family Vacation

This home is beautiful. The backyard outdoor area is a highlight of the home. We spent a ton of time in the pool and hot tub and it was great to be able to watch tv outside as well. It was a short walk to the beach and they provided everything you needed to enjoy yourself (chairs, sand toys, coolers, and a wagon to pull everything). It was a close drive to several restaurants and shops or the trolly stop was a quick walk. My only complaint would be that the hot tub stopped working on Thursday and they never sent anyone out to fix it. I would highly recommend a stay in this beautiful home.

Great home with everything you could need!

Stayed here with my 4 children 2 son in laws and 5 grandchildren. This home was amazing so much space for the whole family. Loved the outside patio and pool area. Short walk to the beach was great too
