We had stayed twice for 28 days. The breakfast never changed. Only 3 simple menus rotated twice a week, always the same on Sunday. I was told they will change once a month but it isn’t 😔

Staff are polite and friendly. Housekeeping was good. I was greatly appreciate with the shuttle bus service which helped me a lot to connect with public transportation.

The hotel location is very convenient, a short walk to Time Squares and Causeway Bay. It also shares the same complimentary shuttle bus service as its sister hotel; the Dorsett hotel. The staff are friendly, professional and helpful. The rooms are simple with basic amenities. However, their housekeeping service is in need of great improvement. They don’t have the same house cleaning staff every day and as with every employment, some staff are dedicated to their works but some don’t. Majority of the house keeping staff are not keen on hovering. We spent 4 weeks in the hotel and we only witnessed the same cleaning staff hovered our room in 2 different days. They also seemed to have only one house keeping schedule prior to 12 o'clock each day unless you especially requested for a later housekeeping service.

I would not recommend this hotel, it is worn out and tired. Rooms and hallways have not been maintained and also appear to be humidity damaged. It is also strange that the rooms are not provided with hand soap. When asked the front desk suggested I purchase soap from a near by convenience store.
