During my stay, I encountered several issues that somewhat affected the comfort of my visit:
1. There were cockroaches in the room: one large cockroach (about 5 cm) and several smaller ones.
2. There was an unpleasant sewage-like odor in the room, coming from openings in the cabinet and near the stove; I temporarily blocked them with tissues to reduce the smell.
3. The carpet was noticeably dirty, causing my feet to become soiled quickly, and slippers were not provided.
4. The window and bathroom required more thorough cleaning: there was mold and stains on the joints and corners, and the showerhead and door were quite dirty; I was able to clean part of the dirt on the door with a wet wipe, which indicates that the dirt is removable and not simply signs of normal wear.
5. The refrigerator and the area around it had leftover food and visible dirt.
6. The stove had a significant layer of grime and burnt residue, and an unpleasant smell came from inside it.
7. The fan was dusty, and the lamp had noticeable stains.
8. The hinge on the dresser door was broken, and the wardrobe rails needed repair, which I had to address myself.
