The Hawaii Convention Center is only three blocks away if you are here for a convention. You are also just a few short blocks from Ala Moana Center- an inside outside shopping center thats worth visiting with good eats!

Directly across the street are Red Lobster, Outback Steak House, Chart House, Buffalo Wild Wings, and many more! You can eat for days without ever leaving the neighborhood. :) So many choices!

This is a NON-VAPING & NON-SMOKING unit. NO SMOKING is permitted in the unit or on the lanai patio balcony.

Spalling work is scheduled to be around April 2026 for this unit.

Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requests must be made in advance, we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability. If a late check-out is not pre-approved, an additional fee of $50 will be charged for every 30-minute violation beyond the check-out time.

Convenient Self-Check-In: This property offers a self-check-in option with no front desk procedure required. Guests can use the elevator to go directly to their designated floor. The entrance door is equipped with a smart lock that requires a personal PIN for safe and easy entry.

For valet parking at The Ilikai, the cost is $45.00 per day or 24 hours, and this includes the convenience of in and out privileges. Alternatively, self-parking is available at the Ilikai Marina tower, located next to the front entrance of Red Lobster on Hebron Street. A 24-hour pass for self-parking is priced at $30. Prices subject to change, kindly check office/FD for updated rates and terms. If you choose this option, it's recommended to specifically inquire with the parking attendant at the location. Metered parking is behind the Hotel by the harbor for $ 1- per hour and allows up to 24 hours.

Enjoy the facilities and the pool! Unfortunately our guests are not able to access the gym in Ilikai hotel. The gym access is for hotel guests only. Our unit is privately owned and it is not part of hotel operations.

Trash bins are located on every floor to the left of the hall mirror by the elevators.

LAUNDRY ROOM: Washer and dryers are located on every floor near the elevators. Credit card or Apple Pay.

If you arrive early before check in time, luggage can be drop off & hold at the lobby by the resort ($2/bag). See front desk for assistance.

Pets are not allowed in the building.

Please note there is maintenance spalling work being done around the resort till July 2027. And please no smoking or vaping in resort or in elevator or parking area in building. Guests can be fined $250 by resort. They have cameras outside to document this so please don’t smoke or vaping.
