Overall it was good, but I'll note some points that bothered me.
>I waited until check-in at 3 PM, but despite saying the staff would contact me by email or text message, I never received any communication.
>Daily room cleaning was not provided.
>Having bottles in the room and being able to refill sparkling water, etc., on the 1st floor was good, but I was bothered by the lingering odor inside the empty bottles.
>Finally, I was mistakenly charged for alcohol I didn't consume, but after explaining, they handled it very politely.
