玄関の鍵(電子ロック)が壊れており、またホテルとは別運営であることから対応まで2時間近く車で待つことに。鍵の修復が即時にできないことから初日は別の低層階の部屋に宿泊することに。今後は同様なことがないように事前確認を行って頂きたい。 3514の部屋自体は見晴らしも良く綺麗で満足でした。

部屋はロケーション、清潔さ等全く問題なく大満足！ 唯一の不満はKoko Resortのタオル交換が全くダメ。 散々文句を言ってもNo reply！タオル交換の対応もPoor！
