Has been freshly renovated and well appointed with all of the upscale things you will need for your stay in Hot Springs.

The space
The townhome is a 2 bedroom with 2 full baths, living room, kitchen, and laundry room. Just walk out the patio door and you will find all new patio furniture and a view of the pool. Of course we have lights, umbrella, and charcoal bbq grill. You will find all BBQ utensils in the kitchen . Just grab a bag of charcoal once you hit town. We are only 0.1 miles from the liquor store and gas station. Walmart is 2 miles down central.

30 steps past the pool is the crown jewel! 100 ft boardwalk just off the main channel to park your boat or take a nice stroll and look at the water. All boat rentals are only 100 yards across the cove. Big kahuna bay, salty dog, gregg orr marina , and futrell marine.

The master has a king bed and the guest room has a queen with auto cooling alternative sheets and comforters/ duvets. In addition there is a queen blow up bed and a very elegant sofa for kids. The bathrooms are well appointed for a spa like comfort. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you will need. From the luxurious furniture, high end cutlery and cookware to the fluffy white bed towels you’ll feel like your at a luxurious resort yet all from the comfort of home. All rooms have new samsung smart tv’s where your netflix, hulu and youtube are only a click away. Just sign in relax and enjoy. Wifi password is labeled on each tv. Kids Bring your games. The wifi is fast!!

The living room is stylish comfy and great for those facebook pics. The kitchen is fully functional with all new stainless steal appliances, brand new pots and pans, dishes’s, blender, keurig coffee maker, toaster, and everything else you need if you like to cook. Yes we even stock the multi flavored k cups! The 2 full sized bathrooms are stocked with resort style towels and wash cloths. The bedrooms have some original artwork from a local artist Bunny Jane Arts. Feel free to let us know if you see something you would like to purchase. The artwork will change with each season.

There will be a charging station in the living room and one 6ft charger on each bedside table. Lets face it no one wants to get out of a cozy bed to run downstairs and get the charger. We keep a light up bluetooth speaker and pool towels for your fun in the sun.
Washer and dryer are there when needed along with a few pods, dryer sheets and iron.
