The staff was great the room was not. The shower was disappointing,the socket didn't work and there were no grab bars. The couch was very low and uncomfortable and the coffee pot didn't work properly.But the biggest issue was how heavy the door was and there was no door stop.Very difficult to open and bring items in.

The entire team that worked during our stay (both the day & night teams) were FANTASTIC. Above and beyond customer service and genuinely kind people. You have great people representing your fantastic hotel - treat and pay them accordingly- they deserve it!! My room was very clean and worth what I was charged.
