I booked this room for the hot tub I asked when I checked in if it was open and the front desk said yes but let them know if the hot tub wasn’t hot so they knew it had an issue because it wasn’t hot and when I called the front desk they sent maintenance to do something which made it warm for like 10 mins then the heat went out again. Our Keurig coffee maker was broken in our room. I expected more from a Hilton property.

I would not stay again. Rented 7 rooms. No outside food or beverages allowed in common areas. Bar and food does not open till 4. The shuttle person was absolutely rude and entitled. She even mocked me and two of my guests. Manager talked to her and she could have cared less. It was not what i would have hoped for at all.

Staff unfriendly, room window blinds didn’t work, called & was told they didn’t work in my room. Told them that was unacceptable, sent a maintenance man who had told me they told him I complained about the safe, no & desk knew, then he showed me how the blinds remote worked. Desk manager very rude
