I booked this location due to the fact it had a hot tub. I was staying one night and when I got to the hotel and went to the pool… the hot tub was filthy and looked like it had not been in use or cleaned in a while. Was disappointed but overall a decent hotel with a variety of breakfast options.

Crew could check rooms better.

Air condition was not cooling well. Chair cushion was torn and dirty. Water was not draining well from tub. Ceiling light was burned out. Phone was not working. But very clean.

I was upset the hot tub outside was not working. It looked like it has not worked for a while, water was green and had branches in it. I picked this hotel specifically for the hot tub because my daughter asked me to find one with one. Hotel should update their listing of hot tub has not worked for some time. Ruined that aspect.

The property advertise hot tub and pool, both were out of order since last summer. Location is directly behind the Hobby airport, although I never heard a plane fly over. It needs to be updated. Fairly clean, at least my second room was. My first room wasn't and looked as if staff didn't finish the job.
