The room we booked and were given had another person in it when we tried to open the door. We had to go back down stairs and they had to find a new room for us where one of us needed to now sleep on the floor. We were given a suite which had a kitchen however there was no kitchen needs at all- no plates, utensils , anything… so we just had to make due heating food on the cardboard box it came in.

We stayed for 3 nights and it was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was ok. The bathroom light (behind the mirror) was not working and when we asked for towel and blanket, they simply didn't do anything until the next morning, when I went down to get it myself. Other than that, nice place stay when in LA.

Very time we stay at a Hyatt it’s always a great experience. Breakfast? Bussin’ People? Super nice. Always sad to leave but this was an ideal hotel for SoFi Stadium events!
