数度目の利用でしたが、客室や大浴場等のメンテナンスはいつも高いレベルで安定しています。ただ今回は年末年始の混雑期に当たり、朝食を諦めました。ホテル側の落ち度は全くありませんが、集中しやすい時間をチェックイン時にアナウンスする等、分散に向け何か工夫の余地はあるのかなと思います。
