Very poor state of a room. Stains all over the hallways and the room floors. The blanket inside its cover, was covered in stains. The ceiling was leaking. The floor was soaked in water infront of the bathroom (before we even used it). The material on the ceiling was bulging and looked as it would pop off the ceiling at any moment. One of the most terribly hard mattresses ive ever slept on. 5/5 breakfast service but you do not get breakfast the day you checkout so you have to pay. 5/5 for the free shuttle service but its only to terminal 1

Should explain how to use the ondol rooms with inserting the room card to get electricity before sending a guest to their room - but the staff was friendly, and the hotel amenities are convenience. Also, if you’re coming from the airport and can time the free shuttle service to the hotel, it’s very convenient.

The bed was comfortable and Internet access was great. Transportation was readily available. I opted to eat at other places. My one complaint is no electrical outlets or usb charging near the bed. Actually had this in numerous rooms at this hotel also. So it’s not just one room.

Very dated hotel. My room had evidence of water damage (cracks in wall, peeling wall covering, mold, and rust in ceiling fixture). Entry way light bulb was burnt out, bathroom fan was inoperable, and bathroom mirror needed replacing as well. Toilet produced sulfuric smell every time it was flushed. Bed was comfortable! Breakfast was sub-par.
