I liked the cleanliness of the facility, the comfortable room. The breakfast was lacking in quality of the food.. cold and small options. I was surprised with the addition of a deposit to my card with the already high price of the room. I saw none of that at time of booking

We did a staycation at the hotel for the Billy Joel concert. The staff were on top of everything and our hotel room was clean and quiet. We liked having the microwave and especially having a a refrigerator.

When we arrived to SpringHill Suites they didn’t have a room for us as something got messed up, but they made it right and placed us at the Marriott Courtyard and still provided our free breakfast.

Loved everything about this hotel

Things I liked: everything was centrally located and walkable. The shower had hot water and good water pressure. Parking was above average regarding ease and I felt like my car was safe. Breakfast was very good- hot, fresh, decent variety, and the staff members working the breakfast area were wonderful. Common hotel amenities such as coffee pot and fridge were provided. Decent view and AC was average. Front desk staff was nice and an good variety of snacks and drinks. Cons: room was not as clean as it should have been. Hair in the sink, shower, and in the bed/blankets. Shower door did not shut all the way resulting in a lot of water escaping onto the floor. There was fresh looking blood on all 3 blankets in the bed. Staff stated they would look for blankets but would not be able to bring them to me as housekeeping had already left when I called and reported it to the front desk (this was late in the night) overall not as clean as other hotel companies I have been to.
