Very close to interlaken west train station. Like one minute walk. The only thing I didn’t like was no AC and the temperature was like 28 -30 C degree, so it was super hot in the apartment and we couldn’t get a good sleep.

Staff was very kind and helpful. Hotel was beautiful and very well maintained. It was in a prime location with direct access to the train station and a short walk to nearby restaurants and activities.

Great location bad front office staff.

Nice clean and great location. Rooms are a bit small but manageable. If you are lucky, you might get a room with a great view. Se. photos attached. Literally beside the train station. Great breakfast spread. BUT!!! the front office are quite snobby and totally not friendly. During our first day checking in, the day shift front office are not helpful, answers inquiries in a sarcastic way. but at the day of our check out the front office staff on duty was very friendly and helpful.

This place was ok. Basic. Next to interlaken west station . Literally above it . If your room says it has. Mountain View it means right above station . You can hear the train in the morning . In my opinion this is a $250 x night value not $630. I travel a lot and stay in 5 star hotels but had a hard time finding good value during this week of June 12-17 , I ended up paying top dollar for this room . There are 4 stars and many better options around with similar price . The staff was very friendly people here are just nice , the rooms were clean , small but decent . I would not stay here again because there are just way better options for the price . Location is good you can walk to the Main Street . It is safe . I don’t have anything bad to say about this hotel other than not worth what I paid .

Hotel ok apart from the view from our patio which was a wall with large metalwork structure on top not the beautiful view advertised. I wish I had taken photo but didn’t as I was so disappointed at the time. I have given feedback to hotel that this is a misrepresentation but they just said thank you for your feedback.
