Our aim is to offer valuable insights and an exceptional, welcoming experience for guests exploring the vibrant city of Istanbul. With so much to discover, we strive to ensure a memorable stay by being accessible from 08:00 to 01:00 on Airbnb messaging platform and from the contact numbers provided.

Our home is located in a gorgeous condo in prime location on the 44th floor. A corner unit with ample space to enjoy! There is a supermarket downstairs, a restaurant and a dry cleaner. Comes with one free parking space. There is a garden, outdoor pool, outdoor tennis and basketball court available!

We request all guests to keep our homes tidy and respect the neighbors. When leaving the house please keep doors & windows locked and all electronic devices turned off.

Home Truths
- Our unit is located on the 44th floor.
- AC is seasonal and cooling function is not available during winter
- Pool, Turkish bath and gym hours may change. Please consult and notify us before visiting.
- The Residence's Vale Service provides a luggage storage service as a third-party company. If you're interested in using this service, please get in touch with them directly on-site.
- No water tank or generator; temporary impact possible during outages
- The sofa cannot be converted into a bed

Penalties for Violations
- Smoking is strictly FORBIDDEN inside our home. If detected, it incurs a penalty charge of 100USD
- Lost keys incur a surcharge of 35USD
- A surcharge of $40 USD will apply for locksmith services if keys are lost or forgotten in the unit or behind the lock

Optional Offerings
- A baby crib and high chair are provided for a service fee of 30USD
- A single person foldable mattress is provided for a service fee of 30USD
- Airport transfers are available at an additional cost

PLEASE NOTE: Abiding the Turkish Legislation Rules and Regulations. In order to host guests at our homes we ask ALL GUESTS to provide valid Passport ID's in order to be authorized and reported by Turkish legislation 1774 dated 26/06/73. By accepting our reservation you agree to provide the necessary information for ALL GUESTS before check in. Guests who do not accept to share their passport information will not receive check-in instructions.
