This hotel is not a five-star hotel. At best, it is barely three-star, and even that is generous.
From the first moment, the service was cold, unwelcoming, and unprofessional. The reception attitude made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a guest. There was no hospitality, no warmth, and no respect.
The room had serious bathroom odor issues. Even after changing rooms, the problem was not fully resolved. Maintenance standards were poor, and sleeping comfortably was difficult.
Breakfast was unacceptable: cracked glasses, old dishes, and food items repeatedly returned to the buffet for several days. Some food looked dried, discolored, and unsafe. When I questioned this, I was told it was “normal.” This is unacceptable and raises serious hygiene concerns.
Staff asked inappropriate personal questions. At checkout, I was told there was no manager and no duty manager available. No accountability. No responsibility.
After my stay, management offered only future discounts instead of real compensation, even though I clearly stated I would not return.
The location is also dangerous. The hotel sits on a steep hill with a slippery driveway. In rain, snow, or freezing weather, it becomes unsafe for both cars and pedestrians.
Overall, this hotel failed in service, hygiene, safety, and professionalism. I regret spending my money here.
I strongly do NOT recommend this hotel. Do not waste your money.
