I understand that others rated this hotel highly. However upon my check in, the deposit box had no batteries. The room's door had stopped working due to batteries so that also had to get fixed. Quite noisy at night but that is part of the area's charm. Locationwise however it is excellent and very close to this great food hall called Kadiköy Terminal

Room was comfortable and clean. Good ac, water pressure and toiletries provided. Staff was astounding and was able to fulfill many requests including late check-out and room change to a room overlooking the side street (to reduce noise from the main street) and also let me wait out my layover in the comfortable lounge.

This is a small hotel that is located in the heart of the Asian touristic side of Istanbul. Overall, the hotel is nice. They also operate a restaurant, which is very convenient for business travelers. The metro is 10 min walk away, which is easy access. Within 10 min walk, there are many shops and restaurants for all tastes.

The staff are the best. They soeak great ebglish and are very informative about istanbul. Even have us directions how to get to the IST Airport via metro. Its actually faster than traffic and so easy. Only 8 min walk away. Breakfast was awesome

Great but expect a lot of noise from the street,

The staff is really friendly and hotel is newer than most and kept very clean. The only issue I had was noise from the street, which I’m not sure the hotel could be made responsive for. But this impaired my sleep. I had to purchase ear plugs to get through the night. Frequent WIFi outage also occurred often to much frustration since there are not many English channels - found just one.
