The staff was friendly especially the lady at the desk. I forget her name but she was patient and welcoming. I had a stressful experience with the airport and due to miscommunication on the airport side I was late to my scheduled transport but they waited and checked in on me during the delay. The room was clean and the food menu they offer you to order from was so good. Whenever I have another long layover in Turkey this is my go to hotel. Nearby, friendly staff and friendly prices, you can’t go wrong.
