Close to all the tastiest restaurants and cafes and all the fanciest trendiest shops! Situated on the 5th floor w/ elevator and is walking distance to all transportation links. The perfect home away from home! We invite you to come stay with us! Comes w/ Wifi, Netflix, all new white appliances and a fully fitted kitchen!

We request all guests to keep our homes tidy and respect the neighbors. When leaving the house please keep doors&windows locked and all electronic devices turned off.

- There is A/C in the living room, master bedroom and the small bedroom
- Three rooms are equipped with ACs
- Luggage keeping service is not provided
- No water tank or generator; temporary impact possible during outages
- The sofa cannot be converted into a bed
Penalties for Violations
-Smoking is strictly FORBIDDEN inside our home. If detected, it incurs a penalty charge of 100USD
-Lost keys incur a surcharge of 40USD
-Keys left on the door lock from the inside incur locksmith service for 100USD
Optional Offerings
- A baby crib and high chair are provided for a service fee of 30USD
-A single person foldable mattress is provided for a service fee of 30USD
-Airport transfers are available at an additional cost
