The hotel is very pleasant - for this price it’s a really good deal, and the location is close to the city center and many activities. The staff are wonderful and always ready to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The only downside is that leaving the hotel on foot is a bit inconvenient, as you have to walk along the roadway. Also, it would be great if the café on the second floor could be open for guests, since it is currently closed to outsiders.

Temiz işletme ancak 14.30'da giriş yapmaya gitmemize rağmen 9.kattaki odamıza asansör sorunu nedeniyle önce 15 dakika beklememiz ardından en az yarım saat beklememiz gerektiği söylendi. Biz de merdivenlerle çıktım ancak çalışanlar tarafından herhangi bir yardım etme veya özür dile getirilmedi. Bu gerçekten büyük yanlıştı. Wir haben glücklicherweise ein Upgrade bekommen, da sonst unsere Koffer nicht ins Zimmer gepasst hätten. Das Personal war ganz nett, aber unser Zimmer war schrecklich. Von der Toilette kam ständig ein unaushaltbarer Gestank, die Heizung ging nicht und unser Zimmer wurde nicht ein einziges Mal geputzt, obwohl wir 11 Nächte in dem Hotel verbracht haben.
