First off i want to say all staff was amazingly great, courteous, and attentive. The room we stayed in 1205 was old, the bathroom dark and old. We got an upgrade and didnt feel much of an upgrade. The breakfast was ok. Nothing spectacular and the hotel restaurant over priced for what we got. Didnt use spa services. Upon arrival, trying to sell us overpriced excursions isnt cool. Felt like we were at a timeshare.

Very well located hotel with very nice and clean rooms, courteous and always available personnel (Burak Tuncil, Sharif and all the other men and women who served us). Proper heating/air conditioning system. We definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was great, spacious and with a wonderful andc powerful shower...lots of hot water. Staff very helpful and polite( special thanks to Sedat)...Location couldn't be better, great breakfast and good food at their restaurant. Walking distance for 90% of the main attractions BN1 bus to spice market and boat ride only 300 meters away. Had a lovely time, planning to come back in May 2026.

The location was great, one entrance had Riverside access and the other one took you right into the old town. The hotel and grounds were lovely, beautifully decorated, colourful and tranquil. The rooms were very spacious and well equipped. I had a room near the front door to start which was a nuisance because I could hear the door constantly slamming but the reception staff kindly relocated me to the top floor which was very quiet and relaxing. The staff couldn't do enough for you and they were very polite, professional, informative and well presented. I only ate breakfast which was good quality and more than plenty of choice for all dietary requirements, plenty of choice. I could not fault this hotel really. I didn't try the spa but it looked good in the room brochure. If I was to visit Istanbul again I would certainly stay here again and would highly recommend it.

The staff is amazing! Sedat is the best and we would not have enjoyed Istanbul without his support. The hotel is clean, the Spa is wonderful. The hotel is located about a 10 minute walk to the historical attractions, which is nice. You get a chance to walk thru the old town neighborhoods with restaurants and bazaars.
