Seven Hills Palace & Spa offers 80 air-conditioned accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors, and features minibars and laptop-compatible safes. Pillowtop beds feature Egyptian cotton sheets and premium bedding. 32-inch LED televisions come with cable channels. My friend and I were only here for under 12 hours for a long layover and wanted to see as much as we could in the short time we had available. Erhan was so nice and accommodating, trying to help us figure out what we could see, providing a map and ideas and time closures to better help us. He set up a transport to get us to where we wanted to go to save on time, but there was so much traffic at the time, that the driver was stuck in traffic. He was so kind enough to drive us in his own car and take us. He was exceptional and went above and beyond to make our short visit amazing. Thank you Erhan! The other staff members were wonderful as well and set up early 3am taxi to the airport. The bell hop was awaiting at 3am to take our luggage to the taxi. If back in Istanbul, i would definitely stay here again. Close to most attractions. We walked back from Grand Bazaar and mosque. Beautiful waterfont view! Restaurant was great too!

The staff was friendly and helped find us a better room after we were placed in an alley first floor which was not great. The hotel needs upgrades but is pretty and a welcoming setting. Nice breakfast setting and close to lots of attractions.

The property is beautiful, clean and the staff offer excellent customer service. The hotel breakfast is great with many options available for everyone. The hotel also has a roof top terrace where you can enjoy views of the sea across the road. We had a room on the ground floor of one of the buildings, which was very spacious. Our only issue was that the room only had one small window and therefore did not get much natural light. The room was also quite close to the from door of the building, which made it a little noisy in the early morning. We are quite deep sleepers, so this didn't affect us much but if you are a light sleeper, maybe not the best option for you. I would say to get the best out of the hotel, book one of the seaview rooms. We had a great experience overall and don't really have anything negative to say about the hotel itself. The only dissapointing experience was the dinner boat cruise recommended by the hotel. The trip to the cruise port was convenience as we well picked up and dropped off at the hotel but the cruise itself left a lot to be desired. The food and drinks on the cruise was the worst we had on our stay, and if felt like the experience was setup to just try and get as much money out of you as possible... especially considering we had already paid 70 Euros per person to begin with. Anyway, to each their own, perharps some others in the group enjoyed it.

All round a decent place to stay with mostly families / older couples staying as guests during our time of visit. Location is close enough that the blue mosque / hagia sophia were only ~10 minutes away by walk. No problems with the actual hotel - was generally clean from what we could tell, albeit with somewhat outdated/old furniture and decor. Service was generally quite good and friendly, with most staff able to speak a basic level of English. Only issues we had during our 4-day stay were with the WiFi, which is in serious need of upgrading (depite staying right near reception); and one day our room wasn't cleaned/provided with fresh towels. But when we flagged this we were given fresh towels promptly. Lovely stay overall. Were I to return to Istanbul, I'd probably look to stay a little further North in Sultanahmet to be in closer proximity to other areas / make exploring a little easier

We had a fabulous time!! The staff were exceptional, the pool, food and the spa were all amazing! Every part from our trip from beginning to end was wonderful. They picked us up in a luxurious Mercedes-Benz, which looks like a van on the outside, but then it was a beautiful orange leather interior with a starlet roof. We arrived early in the morning hours, we shared the wonderful news about our engagement a week earlier, they gave us a fabulous upgrade. The breakfast was absolutely amazing! A huge variety of options to eat From! Definitely hoping to come back here when we come back to Istanbul!

Excellent!!!!!

The hotel is ideally located by the seaside, within walking distance of major attractions in Istanbul. Breakfast is included, and despite being complimentary, the variety and taste are excellent. All the staff greet guests with smiles and courtesy. After being disappointed with the service in Antalya, I was truly healed in Istanbul thanks to this hotel.

We stayed recently here and were happy overall with our stay. Pool was great …closed at 8pm…not too crowded … Breakfast was good overall…lots of breads and traditional Turkish breakfast…omelettes made to order …service was really good and were all friendly … I would like to thank two individuals particularly who made our stay comfortable …Joseph and I can’t for life of me remember the other guy at reception (had salt pepper hair) were very friendly … Location is about 15 minute walk to main sites which has some uphill walking to do …lots of stores and travel agencies on the way to the main sites Good hot water and pressure …ac was good …spacious room
