Everything was perfect, till we had two family's move next door. They wouldnt sleep and make so much noises in the middle of the night. We couldnt sleep properly for 2 days due to these family and their children shouting and screaming. We told the receptionist but they still didnt stop

Everything about this hotel is first-class. The rooms are well-appointed and have great views (most of them). The staff is well-informed and unfailingly courteous and professional. Special praise for Muzaffer, the room attendant on the 4th floor. He was efficient, professional, and very friendly. I should that in general the location is excellent— many shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Beautiful Hotel, room was amazing (upgraded to a suite) with a large patio looking out on the Bosphorous, amazing bedroom with views. The staff and concierge were top notch. The breakfast had a vast selection of options to accomodate everyone. The concierge (Kaan)went above and beyond - hit 5/5 on restraunt reco.mendations and helping plan our days, offering tourist suggestions and shops to visit.
