- Located on the 2nd floor, no elevator
- AC in all double bed bedrooms and in the living room
- Single bed room does not have AC
Penalties for Violations
- Smoking is strictly FORBIDDEN inside our home. If detected, it incurs a penalty charge of 120USD
- Lost keys incur a surcharge of 40USD
- Keys left on the door lock from the inside incur locksmith service for 100USD
-A surcharge of $40 USD will apply for locksmith services if keys are lost or forgotten in the unit or behind the lock
- Luggage keeping service is not provided
- No water tank or generator; temporary impact possible during outages
- The sofa can be converted into a bed

Optional Offerings
- A baby crib and high chair are provided for a service fee of 30USD
- A single person foldable mattress is provided for a service fee of 30USD
- Airport transfers are available at an additional cost
