This penthouse was incredible. So hard to leave that view! It’s was conveniently located right across from the rail line. Also, the dedicated elevator was so welcome after a long hot day of walking, as was the AC. There were markets nearby and some cafes. I would return in a heartbeat! Tuna was very kind to wait for us even with our delays into the evening. She was also very responsive to any questions. 10/10

Beautiful apartment, stunning view!! This is our 6th time in Istanbul and this is the apartment we will stay at from here on out. Its location is perfect, and HUGE BONUS in Istanbul, almost no stairs!! (we've previously had over 100 stairs to get to the places we've stayed). The only thing I would ask is that they have filtered water available. Carrying enough water for 6 people is heavy and often not possible (luckily one person in our party doesn't have a bad back - without him we couldn't have had drinking water)

Second Stay

We stayed here in May 2023 with the whole family and loved this house! So when we planned a second trip to Istanbul we knew it was our first choice! This location, for us, is perfection. We don’t want to be right in the middle of chaos and tourist congestion, but want super easy access to get there. So
 perfect house. The serenity of the beautiful Bosporus in full view, the quiet neighborhood, the amazing mosque across the street and the T 1 tram right out front to take you to any attraction in just a few minutes. I will note that the street out front is under construction
 possibly new drainage Being installed
 this made driver drop off and pick up very difficult. The street is very narrow to begin with so it didn’t help. And it’s very muddy and messy in the rain. However
. Given the choice, we would not stay anywhere else in Istanbul. The house is delightful huge. The beds are very comfy. The showers supplied tons of hot water, there is an easy to use washer dryer inside the unit and Tuna is always available for anything you need. While this is definitely an older home it is to me, it is perfectly maintained. We loved it so much that we were offered to move to another location. Have our money refunded to us and stay at a hotel because other clients wanted the house also. We turned it down. Don’t hesitate to rent here you’ll love it.

Location Excellence, Yet Room for Improvement

Let’s get this right, property location is phenomenal, with very convenient access to all forms of public transportation ( bus, train, boat) however the property itself came shy of matching its location. The biggest issue for us was getting enough water.

Magnificent!!!!

We decided a year ago to have a family reunion and chose Istanbul. We rented three separate apartments in Istanbul to accommodate our family which flew in from Rome, London, Isfahan Iran, Washington DC, Pennsylvania, and Seattle Washington USA. From the moment we met our hostess Ms. Tuna, we were impressed by her kindness and detail in every need. The view from the apartment is absolutely magnificent. The attention to every small detail in the apartment is magnificent. Nine of us stayed at this location and all decided when we come back this is where we will meet again. First, let me say we arrived at this house after already traveling for six weeks. We are ready to relax. We are hoping that this house would meet our expectations of what we saw online. We were met by Tuna and she explained everything to us about the house, she was very helpful and always available for anything we needed. The house itself is our absolute favorite house we’ve ever rented on any rental website. We travel a lot and we have stayed in a lot of rental homes and this one far exceeds anything we could’ve hoped for yes it is an older home, but everything is updated And it feels just like home. We could’ve stayed for six months. One of the reviews had said something about not having enough hot water to take two showers in one day
 We had six of us in our party and we could all shower in one day with no problem . In fact, there was always hot water. This house is so fully stocked. It has everything you could possibly need. You can literally walk across the street to the hop on the T1 tram to head over to the other side of Istanbul. You could also walk straight up the street and hop on the funicular to take you to Taksim square. It was so well located. We also enjoyed just sitting in the living room and watching the boats go back-and-forth across the sea. I would not hesitate to stay here again. In fact, I would love to stay here again, thank you for this lovely end of our two month vacation.

Perfect location for locals and visitors

It’s true: the location for this property cannot be beat. Overlooking the Bosporus, walkable to the new Galata Port development, Taksim, Funicular, ferry boats, and tram
 it’s a great place to be to get anywhere! Only downside was we had some problems with the water. It’s the top floor of an old building, so some difficulty is to be expected, but on most days we could not take two showers back to back. Once repaired this place will be perfect!

Amazing Bosphorus view

The view of the Bosphorus from the apartment was amazing . The apartment although old was spacious with a newer kitchen and bathrooms . It was close to the tram leading directly to sultanamet and close to the funicular and subway .
