Inside, the chef’s kitchen comes fully equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, wine cooler, plus all the cookware and small appliances you might need—from a toaster and blender to both Keurig and drip coffee makers. The spa-like primary bathroom is covered in imported glass tile and includes a private jetted tub perfect for unwinding after a long day.
There are 3 king bedrooms, one queen bedroom and families will love the dedicated bunk room for kids, complete with a gaming console and plenty of space for fun sleepovers.
The true centerpiece of this home is the outdoor living space. Relax year-round in the heated saltwater pool and spa, work on your short game on your private putting green, gather round the fire pit for smores and wine under the stars. You can also enjoy meals on the screened-in patio, and gather around the grilling and lounge areas. Watch a movie on the outdoor TV, or sync up your favorite playlist with the waterproof Bluetooth speakers. Many guests love the outdoor oasis so much they spend more time here than at the beach!
When the sun sets, head inside to the private game room with ping pong, foosball, shuffleboard, and a Smart TV with Roku. The open-concept living room offers a gas fireplace and large windows with views of the pool area. Multiple large Smart TVs with cable are located throughout the home, including the living room, primary suite, outdoor patio, and all guest rooms.

DOG FRIENDLY: We warmly welcome four-legged CANINE friends. No cats, please. (They don't like the beach!)
There is a Pet Fee of $150 per pet. When you reserve, please be sure to indicate if you will have animals with you. This is REQUIRED. By booking with your dog or dogs, you are agreeing that you have reviewed and agree to the following guidelines:
Maximum limit allowed: 3 dogs
NO aggressive or unsocialized dogs will be permitted to stay on the property.
Must be completely house-trained or kept in a kennel when left alone.

Our beach communities are incredibly welcoming to animals. Due to our wonderful weather most of the year, you can easily take your furry friend to many restaurants or bars with outdoor seating available, and they will provide them with water and head pats.

POOL HEATERS:
Pool heaters are turned off from 5/15 to 9/15 as the pool temperatures are at or well above the 85 degree threshold. To request that the pools be heated between 9/15 - 5/15, contact management 72 hours before your arrival. Pools will not be heated for last minute bookings. The pool heaters heat the pools to 85 degrees. When we experience lows below 45 degrees, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Though we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45 degrees, it can happen in the winter months. Thank you for understanding.
